Inspiration, Composition, Design, Color , Value and Line

Polka dots are playful and fun. They bring back fond memories of childhood. I remembered several outfits with polka dots I wore throughout the years but the one I loved the most was a dark blue dress with tiny white polka dots. 

For this painting I chose bigger ones with different colors .They still bring a smile to my face.

 Most of the work was done with the palette knife as well as some brushwork .
