I love scotch. I was never much into sweet drinks in spite of having a sweet tooth. Problem is that my stomach doesn't think I should be having any kind of alcohol anymore and when the boss says no you listen.
In the past one of my favorite ways to relax after a busy week was to prepare a nice glass of scotch on the rocks and enjoy it while listening to some jazz. It felt like going on vacation wherever the mood took me.
That was many years ago. These days I admire all the beautiful scotch bottles and that is enough for me. One of the bottles that always had a grip on me was the dimpled bottle of Haig's Pinch. So, to honor the old days and to celebrate my birthday I have painted this little one. Cheers!
